A growing sports apparel manufacturer is hiring an Account Executive to take care of existing customer accounts.
No cold calling.
You work with clients who already buy and already trust the brand.
Your job is to protect these relationships, grow them, and make sure customers feel valued every time they place an order.
This is a full time role for someone who likes structure, clear expectations, and steady growth.
Role Focus
Your primary goal is simple.
Keep current customers happy, active, and buying.
Manage an assigned list of existing accounts
Process and manage repeat orders
Follow up on reorders and renewals
Suggest upsells and cross sells that make sense
Maintain strong, respectful client relationships
Resolve issues fast and professionally
Coordinate with production and shipping teams
Track activity in a CRM or simple spreadsheet
Hit monthly retention and revenue goals
You become the trusted point of contact for your accounts.
They know your name and your follow through.
Full time position
Remote or hybrid

Support from internal operations and leadership
You can work from home, or a mix of home and office if you are close to the employer.

If you are organized and willing to learn, the employer will train you on their process. You are not left alone to guess how things work.
Base pay
Performance bonus based on retention and revenue growth from your accounts

Use email and basic computer tools with confidence
Can manage multiple accounts at the same time
Experience in customer service or account management
Experience in sports apparel or manufacturing
