About the Account Executive Opportunity

A growing sports apparel manufacturer is hiring an Account Executive to take care of existing customer accounts.

No cold calling.


You work with clients who already buy and already trust the brand.

Your job is to protect these relationships, grow them, and make sure customers feel valued every time they place an order.

This is a full time role for someone who likes structure, clear expectations, and steady growth.

Role Focus

Your primary goal is simple.

Keep current customers happy, active, and buying.

You will:

  • Manage an assigned list of existing accounts

  • Process and manage repeat orders

  • Follow up on reorders and renewals

  • Suggest upsells and cross sells that make sense

  • Maintain strong, respectful client relationships

  • Resolve issues fast and professionally

  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams

  • Track activity in a CRM or simple spreadsheet

  • Hit monthly retention and revenue goals

You become the trusted point of contact for your accounts.


They know your name and your follow through.

Work Setup

  • Full time position

  • Remote or hybrid

  • Flexible structure depending on location

  • Support from internal operations and leadership

You can work from home, or a mix of home and office if you are close to the employer.

Tools, Training, Support

You will work with:

  • Email and phone

  • CRM or simple tracking tools

  • Shared documents and basic systems

If you are organized and willing to learn, the employer will train you on their process. You are not left alone to guess how things work.

Compensation and Growth

  • Base pay

  • Performance bonus based on retention and revenue growth from your accounts

When you protect accounts and grow revenue, your value is obvious. Over time, that can lead to more responsibility and higher earnings.

Ideal Candidate

You might fit this role if you:

  • Communicate clearly on calls and in writing

  • Stay organized with many moving pieces

  • Follow up without needing reminders

  • Handle problems calmly and directly

  • Use email and basic computer tools with confidence

  • Can manage multiple accounts at the same time

Preferred, not required:

  • Experience in customer service or account management

  • Experience in sports apparel or manufacturing
