This is a data and process role.
Your mission is to build, clean, and organize lead data so the sales team spends time only on real opportunities.
You turn scattered information into a clear, usable pipeline.
You help sales focus on buyers, not noise.

Role Focus
Your main goal is to create a steady flow of qualified, well organized leads for the sales team.
Organize existing customer and prospect data in the CRM
Research and identify high potential new leads
Build clean and accurate lead lists
Segment leads by interest level and potential value
Send targeted emails to prospects
Follow up on email replies
Coordinate sample requests with production and shipping
Track all activity in the CRM
Maintain daily and weekly lead reports
Pass only solid, qualified leads to the sales department
You are the link between raw data and real sales conversations.

You will spend time researching, cleaning lists, sending messages, and tracking responses. Training is provided if you bring focus and attention to detail.
Base pay
Performance bonus tied to lead quality and conversions
